ARLINGTON, Va. – Crown Consulting Inc. has tapped Philip Soucacos to serve as vice president for Programs & Engineering. He will oversee the practice’s technical engagements while directing the growth and diversification of its business portfolio. The Programs & Engineering practice supplies clients with software development and systems engineering services that enhance aviation safety and performance.

Soucacos comes to Crown from Deloitte, where he served as a senior manager and technical expert on engagements in transportation, emerging technologies, environmental compliance and infrastructure planning. He brings more than 16 years of experience leading large programs for the Federal Aviation Administration and other government agencies. During his career, he leveraged stakeholder strategic partnerships to expand the firm’s aviation portfolio. He has a passion for building and developing teams, fostering collaboration and promoting employee development.

Soucacos holds Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degrees in electrical engineering from George Mason University.
