Ed Sayadian is the president of Crown Consulting Inc., responsible for all aspects of operations, program execution, business development and strategy. He brings a leadership style focused on collaboration and providing value to customers.

Sayadian is widely regarded for his contributions to integrating new technologies and capabilities into the National Airspace System. As president and general manager of L3Harris, he directed a Federal Aviation Administration portfolio encompassing core components of the NextGen Program, including Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B), DataComm, FAA Telecommunications program, NAS Voice System, Common Support Services Weather (CSS-Wx) and System Wide Information Management (SWIM). The portfolio also included NASA’s Space Communications, Near Earth Network and Deep Space Networks programs.

His international and commercial experience includes overseeing air traffic and aviation communication network programs in 30 countries and 150 airports.

He has received numerous awards and certifications, including twice receiving the Ring of Quality award, L3Harris’s highest award for team achievement.

Sayadian holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in electrical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He earned a P.E. degree and Certificate of Doctoral Completion in communications engineering from The George Washington University, and he completed the executive development program at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.
