Glen Dyer, Vice President, Analysis and Engineering Programs
Mr. Dyer will institute – as well as oversee application of - a new set of rigorous planning, execution, and oversight processes critical to the effectiveness of Crown’s existing and new programs. With 30 + years as an engineer and program executive, he is recognized for his many contributions to the US National Airspace System. He has dedicated much of his career to leading development of air traffic management systems, serving, for example, as principal investigator on the FAA’s Future Communications Study and spearheading development efforts on the NEXCOM Multi-Mode Digital Radio Program and NEXCOM RPDE ground systems. Mr. Dyer was Program Manager on FAA’s Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADSB) Program and on an array of technology implementation initiatives for ITT. He then served as Vice President of Engineering and Program Management for the Information Systems Division of Exelis, overseeing execution of 220 programs totaling $1.2B in annual revenues.
